In November, Stockport Council “gave” Olive Branch a piece of land to maintain, as a group activity and therapy. We have linked with SPARC (Stockport Progress and Recovery Centre) based in Cale Green. The land has been cleared of rubbish and bulbs have been planted. This has been a real opportunity to build friendships, to connect with passers-by and to create a little place of beauty out of a rubbish dump.
