Mental Health and Wellbeing 

At Olive Branch, we are aware that evidence suggests there are 5 steps you can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing. Trying to include these things into your life can help you feel more positive and help you to get the most out of your life.These 5 steps are known as the ‘5 ways to Wellbeing!’.

At Olive Branch, we are therefore keen to plan activities that help people to connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give to others.

Olive Branch daily programme.

Currently there is:-

Monday

Drop-in.   12.00 – 3.00.

Knit & natter. –  1.00 – 3.00                                                                                                             
 Bring your own knitting or crochet project and join in the friendly chatter and enjoy a cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee as you work.

Tuesday 

Drop-in.   10.00 – 3.00.

Arts & crafts. –  1.00 – 3.00                                                                                                                       
 
Come and see what you can create in a friendly, relaxing environment.

Wednesday

Drop-in.   10.00 – 3.00.

 Mental health support group.  –  1.00 – 2.30             


 Thursday

Drop-in – 10.00 – 1.00

Mix and mingle.  10.00 – 12.00.      (On the last Thursday each month. )                                                                                                       
 A range of local organisations to talk to and get help from.

Friday

Susie’s sewing group.   10.30 – 1.00.
